We have just noticed further inaccuracies on Sally and Jasmine's blog.
An investor has posted that he 'loaned' Collins and Bone £10,000 and has only had around £6k of this back.
Let us clarify, the investor who has commented made an investment (a non-refundable deposit we may add, which we have signed contracts to prove) into a Limited Company called CBS. He never issued a loan to Collins and Bone, the only reason he is registered as a CollinsBone investor is because he was pulled out of the limited liability company he invested in and put against our personal names before it was liquidated, again, we did this because we felt it morally correct to do so, we were warned at the time it was morally correct but was commercially stupid (evidently correct advice). The only reason he still has a case against his cash is because we put it against our names by choice. To stress again, the investor NEVER gave a loan to Collins and Bone, his NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT was rescued from a LIMITED COMPANY.
So please, at least post the full story.
